Beginning January 1, 2026, Shorecliffs Beach Club will transition to Compass Property Management  for association management. Compass will mail the Annual Assessment  in early December. The assessment is due January 1, 2026  and considered delinquent after January 15, 2026 . Homeowners will be asked to either mail payments directly to: Compass Property Management P.O.
