REMINDER: 2026 Parking Stickers & Valid Guest Passes Required in Private Parking Lot.

In our ongoing effort to help protect your private parking lot from unauthorized use, all vehicles parked in the lot must display a current 2026 Shorecliffs parking decal adhered to the inside front windshield. Parking decals may not be placed on dashboards, laminated, copied, or transferred between vehicles.

If you have a non-resident guest parking in the lot, please ask any staff member for a temporary paper guest parking pass. The pass must be clearly displayed on the guest’s dashboard at all times. Please do not duplicate passes.

As a reminder, written parking warnings are being issued for violations. Once a warning has been issued, a copy will remain on file. Vehicles found in violation again will be towed at the owner’s expense.
