SHORECLIFFS BEACH CLUB
RULES & REGULATIONS
Shorecliffs Beach Club rules are intended to help the membership enjoy the facility while also respecting other members. In addition, many of the rules are in place for the safety of the members, their families and guests. Please have respect for your fellow members and follow the stated and posted rules.
BEACH CLUB RULES:
1. Admission only with a valid membership wristband. Children under the age of 12 do not need a wristband. Each membership allows for a maximum of 12 guests per day at the beach. Paper guest wristbands are required for each guest. Members are REQUIRED to obtain paper guest wristbands for their guests from staff at time of arrival. (Members are responsible for making sure their guests put on the paper guest wristbands upon distribution.)
In the event that you need a replacement membership wristband, please contact the Beach Club Manager at 949-426-6871. If you need a new or replacement electronic key fob, please contact Seabreeze Management at (949) 373-8992. There is a $50.00 charge for the electronic key fob.
2. Guests must be accompanied by a valid club member when visiting the Beach Club.
3. All members must sign in (and sign in any guests) upon arrival. Sign-in station is located by the front gate or below stairs on main patio area.
4. One picnic table allowed per household.
5. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
6. NO GLASS or ceramic containers/crock pots allowed on Beach Club property. No exceptions.
7. No fires or portable barbecues allowed on Beach Club property.
8. Animals are prohibited on Beach Club property. (Exception: Service dogs are allowed, but only if the owner shows proper medical identification for validation purposes.)
9. Surfboards, bodyboards, and/or skim boards must be stored in designated areas only. Nothing should be stored on the patio area.
10. No skateboard, roller blade or bicycle riding on Beach Club property.
11. Smoking of any kind is prohibited on the entire Beach Club property.
12. No climbing or standing on erosion-control sandbag retaining walls as they collapse. Keep children off of rope fences as they safeguard the sandbag walls.
PADDLE COURT RULES:
1. Only members and their invited guests allowed on courts. Member must be present at ALL times!
2. Members are NOT permitted to share key fob with relatives or friends.
3. Current club wristband must be worn at all times. (Guest wristbands required when club is open.)
4. 60-minute time limit when people are waiting.
5. Four players maximum allowed on each court.
