Restore the Shore Beach Clean-Up – Sunday, April 26 | 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM

From Board Director Diane Wenzel: Let’s come together as a community to care for our treasured beach! Picking up trash is important—but we’re also turning this into a fun event for all ages. Participants will have a chance to win a FREE SUP or kayak rental voucher from Westwind Sailing, plus other prizes!

Safety First: • Wear gloves when handling debris • Be cautious with sharp or broken items • Ask for help when lifting heavy objects

What to Bring:

• Water in a reusable container

• A reusable bag or bucket for collecting trash

• Sunscreen and a hat

• Closed-toe shoes or sneakers

• Reusable gloves (gardening gloves work great!)

Friendly Reminders:

• Leave natural items like driftwood or seaweed

• Avoid stepping on dunes

• Respect local wildlife

• Watch your step near dune plants
