Important Changes Coming in 2026

Beginning January 1, 2026, Shorecliffs Beach Club will transition to Compass Property Management for association management. Compass will mail the Annual Assessment in early December. The assessment is due January 1, 2026 and considered delinquent after January 15, 2026.

Homeowners will be asked to either mail payments directly to:

—or submit payment through the owner portal online (AppFolio). Full instructions will be included with the mailed invoice.

Seabreeze Management Company will continue to serve as our management company through December 31, 2025. In the coming days, Seabreeze will send out the 2026 budget, along with candidate statements and ballots for the open Board of Directors positions.
