We would like to applaud and congratulate Koa Haynes for earning the Shorecliffs Beach Club "Employee of the Season" award for 2022. This is a huge accomplishment as the recipient must demonstrate excellence during the entire season.
Koa demonstrates excellence during every shift. He works harder than anyone! He always arrives early for his shift and immediately goes to work. He takes the initiative to find ways to keep busy and continually strives to make improvements to the club on his own accord.
He has never missed a shift. He picks up extra shifts whenever his co-workers need assistance, and he never complains. Koa loves his job, and it shows.
Everyone is thrilled by the news -- and no one is surprised!
