Please join us in honoring long-time Shorecliffs resident, John James Paoletti, as he celebrates his 96th birthday. His family would be thrilled if you could participate in a celebratory car parade that is scheduled to commence at 11am on November 24th in front of the Paoletti home at 229 Via Socorro. It would be wonderful to see our neighborhood come together in support of this incredible man’s life and contributions to our great nation.
John James Paoletti has lived in Shorecliffs for 25 years. He has been married to Gloria Paoletti for 58 years whom he met and married in England. He has 4 daughters, 8 grandkids and 3 great granddaughters.
He retired as a Senior Master Sergeant who served in the Army and Air Force for 24 years in the 99th and 2nd Infantry. He served honorably in WWII at the Battle of the Bulge, the Korean War, and then became a Cryptographer. He’s a walking history book -- and has many fond memories of his grandkids enjoying our beach club events.
